 is a fixed wing, powered aeroplane that weighs no 
more than 544 kg at take off.
This includes the pilot, passenger, fuel and luggage.

Who can fly an ultralight aeroplane?

Almost anyone. To hold an Recreational Aviation
(RAA) Pilot Certificate you must be over the age
of 15 and be medically fit to drive
a motor vehicle.
